World No. 1 Belarusian tennis player, Aryna Sabalenka, has reached her fourth final within the first three months of the year for the first time in her career. This achievement comes after a dominant victory in the semi-finals of the WTA 1000 tournament in Miami, where she defeated Italian player Jasmine Paolini (ranked No. 7 in the world) with a score of 6-2, 6-2.
Sabalenka`s record for the most finals in a year is seven, which she achieved in 2024.
In the final match for the title, the 26-year-old Sabalenka will face the winner of the match between American Jessica Pegula and Alexandra Eala from the Philippines. Their match is scheduled for the night of March 27th to 28th.
The current champion of the Miami women`s tournament is American tennis player Danielle Collins.
