WrestleMania 41 Night 1 concluded with an unexpected moment, but the opening, featuring the voice of Dana White, CEO of UFC, was perhaps even more surprising.
Dana White, who attended the WrestleMania 41 two-night kickoff on Saturday in Las Vegas, provided the narration for the annual professional wrestling event`s opening segment.
Despite past public criticism of WWE, White`s involvement highlights a significant shift, as both UFC and WWE are now under the same parent company, TKO Group Holdings. White was prominently featured on the broadcast, receiving varied reactions from the audience of over 60,000 fans at Allegiant Stadium. He also recently appeared on Stephanie McMahon’s podcast, What’s Your Story, leading up to the event.
The second night of WrestleMania 41 will take place on Sunday evening, featuring a main event where WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes will defend his title against John Cena, who is expected to retire from professional wrestling at the end of 2025.
