Darren Till Claims Hard-Fought Decision Over Darren Stewart at Misfits Boxing 21

Darren Till secured his second victory under the Misfits Boxing banner, but his latest bout against fellow former UFC fighter Darren Stewart proved to be a challenging test. Headlining Misfits Boxing 21 in Derby, England, Till faced Stewart in an eight-round contest. Unlike his previous quick knockout win, this fight went the distance and was surprisingly competitive.

Till started the fight aggressively, landing sharp left hands and scoring an early knockdown in the first round. It seemed like “The Gorilla” might be headed for another early finish, but “The Dentist” showed remarkable toughness, beating the count and making it through the round.

As the fight progressed, Till continued to find moments of success, particularly with his striking. However, Stewart`s relentless forward pressure and durable chin began to wear on Till, pushing him back and making the fight a hard-fought battle round after round.

The contest remained tight heading into the final moments, and the outcome felt uncertain. But just before the final bell, Till created space, capitalized on an opening, and landed a powerful left hand that dropped Stewart for a second time. While Stewart again managed to get back to his feet before the count concluded, the late knockdown likely sealed the decision.

Ultimately, Darren Till was awarded a unanimous decision victory after a competitive and gritty performance from both fighters.

Following the win, Till wasted no time in calling out potential future opponents, including KSI, who was present at ringside. He also floated the idea of a tag-team bout with KSI against the Paul brothers, Logan and Jake, or potential individual fights against veterans like Jorge Masvidal or Mike Perry.
