Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov lightheartedly remarked that Carlos Alcaraz possesses such exceptional talent that he could even fly to Ibiza between matches and still emerge victorious in tournaments.
During an on-court interview, Dimitrov was asked about Alcaraz mentioning his trip to Ibiza after the French Open and the overall importance of finding time for rest away from the sport. Dimitrov`s response was a humorous take on Alcaraz`s ability:
Question: Carlos Alcaraz mentioned going to Ibiza after Roland Garros. How important is it to find time to rest from tennis?
Dimitrov: Carlitos can fly to Ibiza between matches and come back without it hurting his tennis. That`s a fact.
