Joe Rogan Returns to UFC 316 Broadcast Team, Teddy Atlas Added as Analyst

Veteran commentator Joe Rogan will be back at the desk for the UFC 316 event this Saturday at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

Rogan, who skipped UFC 315 in Canada, rejoins his usual colleagues, play-by-play commentator Jon Anik and UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier, to call the action.

UFC confirmed the lineup earlier this week.

Beyond the main commentary trio, boxing icon Teddy Atlas is set to be a lead analyst. He will be joined by recent UFC retiree Anthony Smith and Chael Sonnen, offering additional analysis.

Karyn Bryant will be reporting live from the arena, and Din Thomas will provide expert insights in the `coach` role during the broadcast.

UFC 316 features two significant bantamweight title bouts. In the main event, Merab Dvalishvili defends his title for the second time against Sean O’Malley, the fighter he defeated to initially claim the belt. This marks O`Malley`s return since their previous fight in September.

The co-main event sees Julianna Pena making her first defense of the women`s bantamweight title against two-time Olympic gold medalist Kayla Harrison. Harrison holds a 2-0 UFC record, including a notable win over former champion Holly Holm at UFC 300.
