Kevin Holland Scheduled for 4th Fight of 2025, Set to Return at UFC 318

Kevin Holland is maintaining a relentless fighting schedule in 2025, with his fourth bout of the year now confirmed. He is slated to compete against Daniel Rodriguez on July 19 at UFC 318, which will take place in New Orleans. Sources close to the situation have verified the booking.

UFC 318 is set to be held at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. The event features a high-profile five-round BMF title fight between Max Holloway and Dustin Poirier in the main event spot.

Competing just seven weeks after his previous appearance, Holland will be aiming for his third consecutive victory inside the UFC Octagon. Achieving this would mark his longest winning streak since his impressive run in 2020, a year where “Trailblazer” secured five back-to-back wins.

Holland holds a professional mixed martial arts record of 28 wins, 13 losses, and 1 no contest. He recently earned a stoppage victory over Vicente Luque, following a decision win against Gunnar Nelson three months prior. These successful outings not only added to his win column but also saw him collect performance bonuses, helping him rebound from prior defeats at middleweight.

Daniel Rodriguez, whose record stands at 19-5, is also coming off a significant win. He secured a third-round knockout against Santiago Ponzinibbio in May. This result improved his UFC tenure to 9 wins and 4 losses, building on a previous decision victory over Alex Morono.

The 38-year-old Rodriguez is now pursuing his third consecutive win in the promotion, seeking to build considerable momentum after a period that included some losses which had previously impacted his trajectory.
