‘Leon’s still on 5 a.m. time zone’: Belal Muhammad mercilessly trolls Leon Edwards after UFC London loss

Leon Edwards suffered another tough loss at UFC London, and Belal Muhammad is definitely not letting him live it down.

Sean Brady dominated Edwards in the main event at the O2 Arena on Saturday. Brady used his wrestling and work rate to control Edwards for three rounds. In the fourth round, Brady secured a guillotine choke, finishing the former welterweight champion.

Throughout Brady’s dominant performance, Muhammad, a longtime rival of Edwards, was actively tweeting his reactions and making his opinions very clear.

Muhammad defeated Edwards by a clear decision at UFC 304 in London this past July to win the welterweight title. Edwards and his team have often mentioned that the early morning start time negatively impacted Edwards in that fight. Muhammad is not buying those excuses, and during the Brady vs. Edwards fight, he joked, “What time is it in London? Asking for Leon.”

He also added, “Leon’s still on 5 a.m. time zone.”
