Simakin and Kachmazov Progress at Wuxi Challenger

Russian tennis players Ilya Simakin and Alibek Kachmazov have successfully advanced from the first round of the Wuxi Challenger tournament in China.
The initial matches on the hard courts of the event took place on Tuesday, May 6th.

Ilya Simakin (Russia) secured his passage to the next round when his opponent, Te Rigele (China, WC), retired from their match with the score at 7/5, 3/3 in Simakin`s favour.

Eighth seed Alibek Kachmazov (Russia, 8) also claimed a victory, defeating Yu Siu-shu (Taiwan) in straight sets with a score of 6/3, 6/4.
