Two-time Grand Slam champion Svetlana Kuznetsova has shared her thoughts on Carlos Alcaraz`s victory at the Monte Carlo Masters.
Kuznetsova commented on Alcaraz`s dominant win against Lorenzo Musetti in the final, where he recovered from losing the first set to win convincingly.
“Carlos Alcaraz is the Monte Carlo Masters champion! He defeated Lorenzo Musetti with a score of 3-6, 6-1, 6-0. With a score like that, please don`t talk to me about the unpredictability of women`s tennis,” Kuznetsova wrote on her Telegram channel.
She also mentioned, seemingly referring to Alcaraz`s sportsmanship: “Carlos Alcaraz to Lorenzo Musetti: I just want to congratulate you and say that you are great.”
