Novak Djokovic, the record-holding 24-time Grand Slam champion, recently visited the headquarters of the McLaren Formula 1 team. During his visit, he met with the team`s Chief Executive Officer, Zak Brown.
Brown shared the encounter on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), stating: “Brilliant reception for tennis legend Novak Djokovic at the McLaren Technology Centre – great conversation about what it takes to be a champion and how to stay focused and resilient under pressure. Good luck at Wimbledon!”
As a gesture of appreciation, Djokovic gifted McLaren one of his tennis rackets. In return, he received a helmet belonging to the team`s driver, Lando Norris.
Djokovic arrived in the United Kingdom on June 22nd. He is currently in the country preparing for the upcoming Wimbledon 2024 championships, which are scheduled to commence on June 30th.
