Watch the knockout finish below.
In typical Romero fashion, the fight started cautiously, with Romero aiming to counter the taller Hylton. Hylton utilized his reach, employing jabs and a tactical approach. Romero landed a strong left hand towards the end of the round, but Hylton responded with a combination.
The second round continued in a similar vein, with Romero landing occasional strikes, including body shots. Hylton connected with some lighter shots, but nothing significant, resulting in a relatively slow-paced round.
Romero increased his aggression in the third round, landing powerful punches and elbows. Hylton struggled to match Romero`s athleticism, and Romero connected with a solid left hand midway through the round. Hylton responded with a combination but absorbed body shots in return. Romero then landed the fight-ending blow with 34 seconds left on the clock.
This victory improves Romero`s Dirty Boxing record to 2-0, with both wins coming by knockout.
